Accounting Advisory Manager/Associate Director - Financial Services

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Ind AS, including a comprehensive understanding of its differences compared to IFRS. Familiarity with US GAAP is considered a beneficial addition.
• Apply applicable accounting standards adeptly and independently lead engagements related to Ind AS while conducting thorough research into complex technical accounting issues.
• Prepare financial statements compliant with Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP standards, including consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and new pronouncements concerning Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Have a solid understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting, with experience related to SOX and COSO frameworks.
• Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Exhibit strong MS Office capabilities, particularly in handling large data volumes and deriving actionable insights.
