Accountant

Role overview

This Accountant position sits within the Finance team and supports the New Zealand and Australian operations of Teletrac Navman. The role focuses on month-end accounting, financial reporting, general ledger ownership, and tax reporting support for the ANZ business. It also contributes to audit support, management reporting, and ad hoc finance projects.

The team is working through a process improvement initiative, and many current workflows are still highly manual and Excel-driven. A key part of the job is to review existing accounting processes, identify better ways of working, and help improve month-end procedures.

Work location and arrangement

The role is based in Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand. A hybrid setup is in place, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays currently required in the office. Work-from-home days may be completed anywhere in New Zealand, although this may change based on Teletrac Navman requirements.
