Accountant - AI Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to assist in training AI models by assessing their reasoning, tracking their progress, and identifying issues to enhance AI quality. This role focuses on advancing AI Assistant systems to better support finance professionals by leveraging deep financial expertise and advanced education.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine AI-generated responses concerning macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply professional knowledge and educational background to verify the logic and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Test AI models with intricate real-world financial scenarios to evaluate the durability of their reasoning.
• Provide systematic and well-organized feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of the AI’s intelligence and dependability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English with native or bilingual proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, data interpretation, and decision-making related to finance management.
• Possession of or progress toward a Master's degree or PhD is favored but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• This is an independent contractor position available only to applicants residing in Canada.
• Remuneration is hourly, starting from $50 to $60 USD, with eligibility for bonus payments on some projects.
• Payments are processed through PayPal, which manages currency conversions from USD. No fees will be requested from contractors.
• Work location is onsite at the company's Canada office.
• The contractor has flexibility in selecting projects and working hours but must operate from their own computer.
