Position Summary
The Account Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting leadership for high-revenue accounts exceeding $5 million. This position involves key tasks such as contract review, financial oversight, team administration, and ensuring adherence to processes to maintain smooth account operations. The role reports to the Head of Client Services and collaborates extensively with Account Leads and Client Executives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure compliance with account standards and manage SOW and Change Order (CO) templates.
- Input invoicing milestones into client systems for accurate billing cycles.
- Facilitate onboarding processes by setting up new team members, managing contract extensions, and coordinating approvals within client platforms.
- Oversee client laptop provisioning and returns management.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews including revenue allocation in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Perform quality checks on monthly invoicing to maintain billing accuracy.
- Review and verify account expense reports prior to approvals, highlighting any anomalies.
- Assist Account Leads with the anonymization and dispatch of sales bonus communications.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for account onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Manage onboarding activities for Account Leads.
- Support additional account enablement initiatives as requested by leadership and client executives.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in reporting or analytics.
- Preferably experienced in Sales Operations, Client Operations, or Business Development functions.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of CRM and demand tracking tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of reporting techniques and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent organizational talent to manage multiple dynamic elements simultaneously.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with follow-ups and attentive to detail.
