About the Role

This role has a direct impact on Uber’s growth as well as the success of its restaurant partners. The position centers on building trusted strategic relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and acting as the customer’s voice within the organization so internal teams understand partner needs and can help them get the most value from the Uber platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of high-value and high-potential mid-market restaurant partners in New Zealand.
  • Take ownership of partner accounts and drive measurable business results, including revenue growth for both the restaurant partners and Uber while improving retention through shared value creation.
  • Clearly communicate the Uber Eats value proposition and support partners in using the full range of Uber products and services to strengthen their business.
  • Develop, structure, and execute growth initiatives with restaurant partners, coordinating closely with Uber’s internal teams and external stakeholders to bring plans to completion.
  • Define, monitor, and report on partner performance metrics, while helping partners understand strong operational and commercial benchmarks.
  • Contribute actively to the small New Zealand team and help foster a positive, collaborative workplace.
