Account Manager - Healthcare (Remote)

Position Summary

The Inside Sales & Training Associate manages accounts for Veterans Affairs and Medical Center customers by providing comprehensive support, processing orders, and fostering strong client relationships. This role communicates with healthcare partners through phone, email, video calls, chat, and face-to-face meetings to ensure excellent customer service. It also entails delivering on-site training to healthcare providers, representing the organization at trade shows and conferences, and collaborating closely with Sales, Training, and Product Management teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for institutional clients utilizing multiple communication channels.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and arrange follow-up training as needed.
• Travel to deliver hands-on training to healthcare providers and attend industry events on behalf of the company.
• Manage order processing, monitor fulfillment stages, and solve any issues in coordination with Customer Service.
• Generate new sales leads and conduct prospecting activities to promote revenue growth.
• Maintain up-to-date customer details in Salesforce and align efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in medical device sales with a clinical or healthcare background mandatory.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of clinical environments, medical terminology, and healthcare sales processes is advantageous.
• Dependable, team-oriented, solution-driven, and motivated to expand knowledge.

Additional Information

• A bachelor's degree or comparable experience in healthcare or life sciences is required.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in inside sales.
