Role Overview
The company is hiring a proactive and energetic Account Manager who is enthusiastic about voice technology. This is not a traditional sales-only role; it is centered on building a long-term community of customers and helping them succeed with voice AI. The focus is on guiding customers through adoption and ensuring lasting value across the APAC region, especially Southeast Asia and North Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the early account management team to help shape a scalable playbook and framework for supporting APAC customers.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial and enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia.
- Drive sustained adoption of multiple products among assigned accounts.
- Track product usage and customer adoption to spot opportunities for improvement and upsell or expansion.
- Manage renewals and expansion for the accounts in your portfolio.
- Improve customer satisfaction and overall experience through ongoing account management.
- Own account management KPIs such as NRR and GRR, and measure performance against company targets.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- A strong mindset focused on building and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Commercial ownership experience, including renewals and account expansion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to handle customer issues and concerns.
- A blend of customer-first thinking and product awareness, with an eye toward scale.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, including professional-level Mandarin for speaking, writing, contract negotiation, and explaining complex ideas.
- Experience working in a bilingual environment is strongly preferred.
Additional Information
The role is based in Singapore and is structured as a full-time onsite position.
