Account Manager

About the Role

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking seasoned Account Managers to oversee the entire owner experience throughout the leasing lifecycle. This position involves maintaining smooth progress of client files, keeping clients assured, and guaranteeing precise execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners during the leasing journey, providing a premium, attentive client service.
• Manage workflow execution by confirming readiness, collecting missing information, coordinating subsequent steps, and avoiding workflow bottlenecks.
• Deliver proactive updates to owners so they remain consistently informed about current statuses and forthcoming actions.
• Handle urgent, time-sensitive matters efficiently with clear communication.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is properly collected and tracked in line with company procedures.
• Maintain detailed and organized CRM entries including notes, tasks, reminders, and stage transitions.
• Identify and escalate potential issues promptly to protect client satisfaction and exercise sound judgment.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in account management is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously with reliable and consistent follow-up.
• Effective communication skills paired with confidence in resolving client-related issues.
• Strong adherence to process discipline and comfort working within structured CRM workflows.
• Calmness under pressure with capability to quickly prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations is a plus.
• Background in high-volume service settings governed by Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Proficiency or willingness to use AI and other tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and overall internal efficiency.

Remote Work Technical Requirements

• Dual monitor configuration.
• Computer equipped with at least 16GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.
• Webcam availability.
• Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.

Compensation

This position features performance-based pay with the potential to earn approximately $45,000 to $50,000 CAD annually, dependent on individual performance. Detailed compensation information will be shared during interview discussions.
