Job Overview
Wayanad Ultra Park, based in Kannur, Kerala, invites applications for the role of Account Executive specializing in accounting. The position demands expertise in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records for the park's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize accounting software tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or Excel proficiently for financial management.
- Maintain daily records for cash, bank, and online transactions accurately.
- Prepare and document sales data from ticketing, rides, and rental services.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable diligently to ensure accuracy.
- Track revenue and control operational expenses by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
- Verify vendor bills systematically and process payments efficiently.
- Manage petty cash and maintain detailed expense records.
- Prepare and keep up-to-date financial records and reports to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations for profitability improvements through analysis.
- Forecast revenues and expenses based on financial trends and data.
- Organize invoices, receipts, and other critical financial documents methodically.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent numerical aptitude and strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Ability to manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software is essential.
