Primary Duties

• Consult with students and parents personally, by phone, or email to provide guidance on course selection, career options, and admission requirements.
• Manage and follow up on potential student inquiries stored in databases, aiming to meet conversion goals and accurately record communications using CRM software.
• Assist applicants by verifying their application documents, ensuring submission of fees, forms, and test results within deadlines.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, and campus orientations to promote the institution and provide information.
