3PL Vendor Management Trainee

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical 3PL Vendor Management Trainee to support last-mile logistics operations. In this role, you will help review vendor performance, monitor operational KPIs, assist with reporting, and coordinate with internal teams and external delivery partners to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, comfortable working with data, and interested in eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain work.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the daily and weekly performance of delivery partners.
• Measure and review important KPIs such as on-time delivery, failed deliveries, and SLA adherence.
• Help investigate service issues and escalation cases.
• Build performance reports and dashboards for internal use.
• Support 3PL rider placement and help ensure rider headcount targets are met.
• Assist with vendor payment checks based on contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational matters and delivery escalations.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of SOPs for managing 3PL vendors.
• Support cross-functional projects and project coordination.
• Help improve day-to-day rider operations and other logistics processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL and Python.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Self-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.

Additional Information

This is a six-month contract position based onsite in Singapore, Singapore. The role is focused on logistics operations and vendor management within a fast-paced delivery environment.
