360 Tech Recruitment Consultant

Overview

Akoni Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant based in Reading, UK. This role requires at least one year of proven success in tech recruitment, handling all stages of the hiring process from client acquisition through to candidate placement and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients within the tech sector to establish lasting business relationships.
• Develop strategies to grow client base via networking, market analysis, and referrals.
• Negotiate business terms and manage client expectations effectively.
• Source and screen top technology professionals through multiple channels including job boards and personal networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews aligning candidate skills with client needs.
• Advise candidates on their career paths and provide continuous support during recruitment.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and job offer closure.
• Provide bespoke recruitment solutions that meet client and candidate requirements.
• Stay informed of industry trends and technologies in tech recruitment.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and candidates, offering post-placement assistance to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted market advisor, providing insights on salaries and recruitment trends.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably in technology recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of the tech hiring market, including roles in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, and infrastructure.
• Proven success meeting revenue goals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Strong skills in identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates and building lasting trust.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior leaders and technical talent.
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ambition to exceed objectives.
• Proficiency with CRM software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
