Role Overview
This position places you at a GE Appliances facility in LaFayette, Georgia, where you will support production as part of a team through a flexible scheduling model offered by MyWorkChoice. The setup is designed to provide steady hours while allowing you to manage when you work through the MyWorkChoice app.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assemble appliances to help fulfill production orders.
- Transport products to different areas within the facility as needed.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the team lead or supervisor.
Schedule and Shift Details
You can create a work schedule that better fits your life. The regular shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Training is also arranged through the MyWorkChoice app, with available training times on Mondays from 12:15 PM to 3:15 PM and Wednesdays from 9:45 AM to 1:45 PM. Through the app, you can choose workdays, review your schedule at any time, and pick up or release shifts whenever needed.
Pay and Benefits
The role pays $15.30 per hour, and wages are issued every Friday. You may also access money sooner through EarnIn before payday. In addition, the role offers easier digital hiring, flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and opportunities to grow your career.
