About the Internship
This Technical Product Management internship is designed for individuals passionate about product creation and software development processes. The role is particularly suited for candidates with coding skills who are keen to connect business objectives with technical implementation.
Interns will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business units to specify product requirements, evaluate technical considerations, and contribute to delivering high-caliber features. The internship offers comprehensive exposure to the entire product lifecycle through work on real products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Product Managers to collect, analyze, and document detailed product requirements.
- Partner with Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and define implementation methods.
- Develop clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform market, competitor, and user research to uncover potential product opportunities.
- Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization of features.
- Review development progress to ensure feature completeness and assist in closing any functional gaps.
- Coordinate with Design, QA, and Engineering to secure timely delivery of product features.
- Support product testing, feature validation, and analyze post-release feedback and metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven hands-on programming experience in at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or Go.
- Basic understanding of frontend, backend, or full-stack development through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, databases, version control systems like Git, and software development life cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with good comprehension of technical discussions.
- Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Genuine interest in Product Management, technology, and creating user-focused products.
- Self-driven, keen on details, and eager to learn continually.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months.
- Location: Mohali, Punjab, India (on-site).
- Immediate start between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 working days per week, flexible hours.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
- Certificate upon completion.
- Opportunity for full-time job offer post internship with an expected annual salary of ₹350,000.
