About the role

This internship is for a Talent Acquisition Intern at Scale100x.ai by Expertrons, based in Andheri East, Mumbai. It is a 6-month, work-from-office opportunity designed for MBA freshers and graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and people hiring. The role offers practical exposure across the full hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

What you will do

• Find potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Create and nurture talent pipelines for different roles and teams.
• Review resumes and conduct first-round telephonic screenings.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and help maintain a smooth candidate journey.
• Follow up with candidates to help improve interview attendance and joining conversion.
• Assist with offer releases, onboarding activities, and related paperwork.
• Keep recruitment trackers, CRM records, and hiring reports updated.

Who this internship is for

Applicants should be MBA freshers, preferably from HR, or fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment and people engagement. The company is looking for candidates who communicate well, stay organized, take initiative, and are comfortable in a fast-moving environment. A BYOD policy applies.

Additional information

This internship includes a performance-based PPO possibility after completion. The stipend has a fixed component and an incentive component. The company behind the opportunity, Expertrons, is an AI video bot-assisted career transformation platform founded by IITB alumni and second-time ed-tech entrepreneurs. It has raised $2.3 million in a pre-series round from investors including Yoga Capital, Venture Catalysts, Auxano Capital, LetsVenture, Ivycap Ventures, Iceland Venture Studios, Nikhil Vora (MD, Sixth Sense), and others.

Stipend structure

• Fixed pay: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month
• Incentive pay: ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month

Eligibility

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Able to begin between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026.
• Available for the full 6-month duration.
• Based in Mumbai.
• Has relevant skills and interest in recruitment.
