Tsteps Private Limited, a Chennai-based IT community platform development firm with over 90 employees, is seeking motivated interns for the role of Social Media Manager. This is a full-time in-office internship located in Chennai, with possible engagement in Bangalore as well.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan content dissemination across various social media channels to boost engagement with the brand.
• Design and implement social media strategies and campaigns aimed at reinforcing the company's digital footprint.
• Track social media trends, user interaction, and key performance indicators to pinpoint avenues for growth.
• Generate analytic reports on campaign performance and propose strategic enhancements to improve brand visibility and follower expansion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time internship based onsite.
• Availability to commence the internship between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Must be prepared to engage for a six-month duration.
• Possession of pertinent skills and genuine interest in social media management is required.
