This internship offers an opportunity to actively engage in sales and marketing operations for a prominent real estate company. The intern will be involved in outbound and inbound customer interactions, social media management, and coordination of site visits, gaining hands-on experience in client engagement and marketing strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to generate leads.
- Handle incoming sales queries from Instagram and WhatsApp platforms professionally and promptly.
- Facilitate site visits by coordinating with the site team and accompanying prospective clients alongside senior sales staff.
- Create engaging content and advertisements for Instagram to enhance social media presence.
- Manage company social media accounts and track communication flows to monitor sales conversions.
- Analyze current sales systems to identify shortcomings and suggest improvements.
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be available for a full-time in-office internship spanning 6 months starting between August 5, 2026 and September 9, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹37,000, comprising a fixed component (₹12,000–₹15,000) and incentive pay (₹2,000–₹22,000).
- Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.
