About the Internship

This part-time internship offers a remote, work-from-home opportunity where selected candidates will engage in user acquisition and onboarding processes, community management, and data-driven growth strategies to enhance platform engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Drive user acquisition through targeted outreach on social platforms, direct messaging, influencer partnerships, and campus initiatives, while experimenting with creative campaigns and monitoring key metrics like click-through rates, sign-ups, and cost per acquisition.
Develop and optimize onboarding workflows including email/mobile verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, addressing drop-offs to improve user retention.
Create educational resources such as tutorials, guides, and FAQs; facilitate weekly Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions to encourage user adoption of features.
Manage community channels by enforcing guidelines, providing timely support via chat and email, and tracking customer satisfaction using metrics like CSAT and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Analyze user behavior using tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude, incorporating feedback to generate weekly reports highlighting usage trends and areas for improvement.
Implement growth experiments, including referral programs, streak features, and user-generated content campaigns; collaborate with product and growth teams to share insights and optimize strategies.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must be available to work remotely and start between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026, committing to a three-month period.
Must possess strong written English skills and demonstrate an enthusiasm for community building, digital engagement, and social networking platforms.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a proactive and approachable attitude suited for interacting with users.
Comfort with social interactions and a genuine interest in contributing ideas towards business expansion is required.
Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply as the company aims for 50% female intern representation.

Stipend and Benefits

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 50,000, comprising a fixed component of 8,000 to 20,000 INR and performance-based incentives between 2,000 and 30,000 INR.
