About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized female intern eager to gain expertise in event management and marketing by joining our PAN India Group. This role offers hands-on experience through involvement in diverse event projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and executing events throughout various Indian locations.
- Coordinate communications and logistics with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Use Microsoft Excel for managing budgets, expenses, and participant information.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, email outreach, and promotional content creation.
- Maintain clear and effective interactions with team members and clients to align on event goals.
- Evaluate post-event feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in future events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance event and marketing strategies.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship beginning between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026, with a six-month commitment. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in event management. Women looking to commence or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
