About the Internship
This internship involves actively responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Interns are expected to resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following company protocols to ensure high-quality support is essential. Delivering a positive customer experience remains a key priority.
Candidate Eligibility
The opportunity is open exclusively to candidates who can work remotely, start between July 18, 2026 and August 22, 2026, commit to a 3-month duration, and possess relevant skills aligned with the role.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 16,000, split between a fixed component (INR 6,000 - 8,000) and performance-based incentives (INR 6,000 - 8,000). Additional perks include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency in Hindi is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing queries through chat, email, and calls
- Basic knowledge of computer tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office
