About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in client coordination within an HR consultancy environment. The selected intern will be responsible for engaging with candidates to collect essential documentation, organize data, and assist with interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish communication with candidates and applicants through calls and emails.
- Collect and manage required data and documents efficiently.
- Compile and maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support the coordination of interview schedules and onboarding procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time internship at the office location in Navi Mumbai.
- The internship period should be two months, starting between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
- Candidates should reside in Navi Mumbai.
- Graduates in any field are eligible.
- Women looking to initiate or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi for effective communication.
- Strong command over MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Intern must have access to a personal laptop for work purposes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 9000 to INR 10000.
- Internship duration is two months with immediate start potential.
- Interns will work five days per week with an informal dress code.
