About the Internship
We seek a dynamic individual who is deeply engaged with Instagram and YouTube, familiar with emerging creators before they gain wide recognition, and can efficiently curate a targeted list of creators tailored to campaign needs within a single day.
As an intern, you will take charge of constructing and managing Nasper's comprehensive creator database from the outset. This role is critical, as strong relationships with creators form the foundation of our agency's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed, organized database of creators across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, cataloged by niche, audience metrics, engagement levels, and pricing.
- Carefully select and recommend creators aligned with specific brand outlines, considering audience compatibility, stylistic fit, and history of brand collaborations.
- Contact creators or their representatives to inquire about availability, pricing, and terms of partnership.
- Monitor the progress of communications and negotiations, successfully securing creator engagements within budget constraints.
- Keep detailed records of previous collaborations and assess reliability in terms of timely delivery, adherence to brief, and potential for future partnerships.
- Continuously monitor and analyze rising talents and platform trends to stay informed about popular content formats and influential creators within various niches.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship beginning between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026, for a duration of six months.
- Must possess a strong online presence and familiarity with creators across at least two to three niches such as fashion, food, technology, fitness, and comedy.
- Comfortable initiating cold outreach and negotiating directly with creators through digital platforms.
- Exemplary organizational skills to ensure an accurate, up-to-date creator database and meticulous follow-up on all engagement activities.
- Effective written communication skills suitable for interactions with both creators and brand representatives.
- Prior experience or internships related to social media, marketing, influencer outreach, or talent management are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Desirable but not essential qualifications include an existing network of creators or micro-influencers, familiarity with creator marketplace tools, and an understanding of influencer marketing metrics such as engagement rate, CPM, and CPE.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 20,000.
Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, flexible working hours, a casual dress code, and a five-day workweek.
