About the internship
This in-office internship is a hands-on content and social media role for someone who wants to help shape a brand’s Instagram presence from ideas to execution. You’ll be creating content that speaks to urban Indian moms, supports community engagement, and keeps the posting calendar active and consistent.
What you’ll do
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories from brief stage through to publishing.
- Build and nurture the mom community by handling direct messages, comments, polls, and Q&A interactions in a friendly, on-brand tone.
- Monitor Instagram trends, creator culture among moms, and conversations in the Indian kidswear market to shape content direction.
- Come up with everyday, relatable content ideas that reflect the lives of urban Indian mothers while staying aligned with the brand voice.
- Produce and manage short-form video content with a strong focus on Instagram performance.
- Appear on camera for face-led content when needed, which is considered an added advantage.
- Use simple editing tools such as Canva, InShot, or similar apps to create polished Reels-ready assets.
- Write captions and replies that are warm, clear, empathetic, and authentic to the audience.
- Work closely with the team to execute content plans and maintain a regular posting rhythm.
- Be available to work full time on site in HSR Layout, Bengaluru for the full 3-month duration.
