About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist with the execution of ETHRWorld's International Custom and Intellectual Property (IP) events across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. This internship involves comprehensive support for event operations including audience research, database creation, delegate outreach, speaker and attendee confirmations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify key CXOs, HR leaders, and industry professionals that match the target audience for each event.
- Create and maintain detailed databases including contact information, company details, and job roles.
- Engage potential attendees through emails, calls, and LinkedIn, encouraging event participation and securing registrations.
- Regularly follow up to confirm attendance and keep accurate status records.
- Support the Community & Partner Success team throughout the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Help achieve delegate targets across webinars, roundtables, conferences, and leadership forums.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, design, production, marketing, and sales units to ensure event deliverables are completed on time.
- Manage internal coordination requests, monitor task progress pre- and post-events.
- Update and maintain event trackers, delegate lists, confirmation sheets, and progress reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with post-event activities including attendee reporting, feedback consolidation, and managing follow-up communications.
- Support fulfillment of partner-related deliverables and documentation after event completion.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for six months starting between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
- Applicants should be based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Must possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in professional interactions via calls and emails.
- Excellent research and data management abilities, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of B2B events, audience engagement, and stakeholder management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM platforms is a plus.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
- Five working days per week with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Certificate awarded upon completion.
Additional Information
- This internship requires on-site work from the office located in Noida.
- Candidates must have their own laptops for the duration of the internship.
