About the Internship
This internship involves supporting various operational aspects to ensure smooth functioning of digital education sessions. The selected intern will help manage classroom logistics, coordinate schedules, and oversee learning systems for a specialized digital education provider focused on coding, design, digital marketing, and e-commerce education.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate arrangements for online and hybrid classrooms to facilitate smooth session delivery.
- Maintain and optimize trainer availability using scheduling tools like Google Calendar.
- Monitor the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring trainers and students use it effectively.
- Relay updates on schedules, deadlines, and program information clearly to all participants.
- Ensure all activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with moderation of final assessments and certifications.
- Manage data operations including tracking certificate generation and data uploads through the MESC portal.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a part-time internship lasting six months starting between mid-July and late August 2026.
- Applicants should be located in Mumbai and possess relevant skills and interests for this role.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with generative AI tools are essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively coordinate with trainers and students.
Additional Information
Successful interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and enjoy flexible working hours. The monthly stipend ranges from INR 5,000 to 7,500.
