About the internship
About the Role
This internship involves actively monitoring and identifying business opportunities from NCLT insolvency proceedings. The intern will analyze and interpret Form G and additional insolvency-related documents, assessing the commercial potential of each opportunity. Building and sustaining professional connections with Interim Resolution Professionals (IRPs), Resolution Professionals (RPs), and other relevant stakeholders is key for success.
The role includes negotiating with IRPs and associated parties to facilitate information-sharing and business growth. The intern will coordinate documentation collection on time and develop strategic approaches to participate in the insolvency resolution process effectively.
Working closely with legal, financial, and management teams to compile bid proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), and corresponding paperwork is essential. Monitoring timelines, regulatory updates, and ongoing CIRP case progress to provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership will form a regular task.
