About the Internship
Kickstart your career in Human Resources by joining Talent Corner HR Services as an HR intern. This position offers the chance to collaborate with experienced HR professionals and gain practical exposure to a diverse range of HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate eligibility and communication abilities.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients for smooth scheduling.
- Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress.
- Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, required documentation, and joining formalities.
- Publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract applicants.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Assist throughout the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a proactive mindset with attention to detail and a strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and internet research.
- Displays a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA (HR) candidates pursuing or completed are preferred.
Additional Information
- This internship is open exclusively to candidates based in Pune and requires full-time on-site commitment.

Compensation & Perks
