About the internship
About the Internship
This internship at BMC Advisors offers hands-on experience in day-to-day back-office operations related to stock broking and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The selected interns will manage client onboarding including KYC documentation and account openings, coordinate trade settlements and client reporting, maintain detailed transaction and client records, and assist in account reconciliations.
Compliance Responsibilities
Interns will ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal regulations by maintaining and updating necessary registers and reports, aiding in audit preparations and regulatory filings, monitoring client transactions for compliance, and supporting the enforcement of internal policies and risk management protocols.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be able to commit full-time onsite availability for six months starting between July 15 and August 19, 2026. Candidates should be residents of Kolkata and possess relevant skills and interest in finance.
Skills and Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
Compensation and Perks
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion and complimentary snacks and beverages during the internship period.
