About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on experience in content creation and social media management for a premium skincare brand driven by science and innovation. You'll be responsible for weekly ideation of engaging content including trending audio, formats, and hooks tailored to a health-conscious audience.
Tasks include identifying and connecting with skincare and beauty influencers and user-generated content creators, managing outreach using provided templates, coordinating product seeding efforts, and updating and scheduling posts primarily on Instagram and TikTok. Engaging with audience comments and messages in alignment with the brand's tone is essential. You'll also compile weekly summaries covering content posted, performance metrics, and outreach progress.

Additional Requirements
- Active user of Instagram and TikTok with an awareness of current trends in beauty and skincare content.
- Strong written English skills characterized by clarity, creativity, and accuracy.
- Proficient organizational skills to maintain consistent follow-ups and outreach efforts.
- Comfortable using Canva, Google Sheets, and willing to learn social media scheduling tools.
- Prior experience managing social media pages or influencer engagement is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000. Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
