Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate intimately with the product team to convert product developments and milestones into compelling marketing and social media narratives.
• Devise and implement social media strategies across diverse platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter, managing content calendars and growth initiatives.
• Create engaging visual content including social media graphics, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and banners.
• Establish and oversee social media channels from inception, ensuring brand consistency and steady content flow.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and direct messages, nurturing product-related interactions.
• Organize and conduct webinars, handling their promotion, registration, execution, and follow-up materials.
• Manage all facets of channel operations to optimize audience growth and engagement.
• Develop and test growth experiments involving new content formats, campaigns, partnerships, or channels to widen reach.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, refining strategies based on data insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven hands-on experience managing social media for brands, startups, personal projects, or similar entities, with demonstrated growth in followers or engagement considered a plus.
• Excellent graphic design capabilities using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of different social media platforms, their content formats, and engagement drivers.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles encompassing content creation, design, community management, and strategic planning within a dynamic startup setting.
• Strong written communication skills to produce clear and persuasive content.
• Self-motivated individual capable of independently translating concepts into executed marketing campaigns.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with webinar hosting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Stream Yard.
• Basic proficiency in video editing techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Previous experience collaborating with product development teams.

Additional Information

• The internship is based full-time onsite in Bangalore for a period of 6 months, commencing immediately or between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
• A monthly stipend of INR 15,000 is offered during the internship.
• Successful interns may be offered a full-time position with a salary of INR 450,000 per annum.
