Role Overview
This internship is for someone who can help manage and grow Cosy’s Instagram presence while creating engaging, brand-aligned content from real farm and kitchen moments. The role combines content planning, on-the-spot shooting, editing, and ongoing learning from performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the brand’s Instagram activity on a daily basis, including content planning, caption writing, consistency, and audience growth.
- Transform scenes from the farm and hotel kitchen into attention-grabbing content such as reels, behind-the-scenes clips, chef stories, and unusual crop features.
- Capture and edit content quickly on a phone so important moments can be shared while they are still fresh.
- Maintain a steady visual style and brand tone across all content, following the company’s creative direction.
- Review what performs well by tracking reach, saves, and follower growth, then use those insights to guide future posts.
- Keep an eye on relevant trends, audio, and collaboration opportunities that can be acted on quickly.
Eligibility and Who Can Apply

Requirements
- Prior experience growing a social media account, whether personal or for someone else, along with evidence of the page and its performance.
- A habit of thinking in content and spotting story ideas quickly from everyday scenes.
- Comfort using a smartphone camera and mobile editing tools to get content produced efficiently.
- Practical familiarity with social platforms gained through active use rather than only theory.
- Either a good eye for design or a strong writing instinct is helpful; strong taste is essential.
- Open to students or graduates from any discipline, with a portfolio or examples of work to show.
Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 13,000 to 20,000. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and an informal dress code.
