About the internship

This remote internship is for a creative Pinterest-focused social media marketing profile. You will help build and scale Pinterest presence by crafting engaging visuals, improving discoverability, and supporting traffic growth for the company’s web properties.

What you’ll do

• Design, prepare, and publish attractive Pins that are optimized for search and engagement.
• Handle and expand several Pinterest accounts at once.
• Review account performance using key metrics such as impressions, clicks, saves, and followers.
• Study trends and keyword opportunities to improve visibility.
• Improve boards and Pins so they are easier to find and more effective.
• Work with content and design teams to keep visuals aligned with active campaigns.
• Test formats such as Idea Pins and video Pins to improve reach and results.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, be able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome.

Requirements

Training and role details

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided in Pinterest growth methods, SEO, and analytics. The role includes learning how to create Pins that can go viral, use Pinterest algorithm basics, understand performance tracking tools, apply growth strategies used by successful Pinterest accounts, and explore traffic monetization through Pinterest.

Stipend and schedule

The stipend ranges from INR 3,000 to 13,000 per month. The compensation structure includes fixed pay of ₹2,000 to ₹8,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month. The internship is flexible, with working hours of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday.
