About the Internship
Join FarmScout as an intern focused on agri-business and partner collaborations. You will engage in identifying and connecting with agricultural universities, Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), NGOs, and research bodies. Your role will involve preparing tailored partnership proposals, coordinating outreach efforts, and assisting with onboarding associated institutions to enhance FarmScout's operational network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to find potential collaborative partners within the agriculture sector.
- Manage communications by composing and dispatching emails, keeping an updated partner contact database, and arranging meetings.
- Customize and develop proposals to establish partnerships and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Support field-level coordination and onboarding procedures for partner entities.
- Undertake additional outreach and partnership activities as directed by your supervisor.
- Adapt to operational requirements by performing other assigned tasks related to partnerships.
Who Can Apply
- Applicants must be available to work from home and able to start between July 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026.
- Commitment to a 2-month internship period is required.
- Preference is given to candidates actively pursuing or holding degrees such as MBA in Agri-Business, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, or Business Administration.
- Strong written communication abilities in English and at least one local language are essential.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with partners.
- A working laptop and reliable internet access are mandatory.
