Catering to all aspects from venues and decor to catering and photography, we enable couples to effortlessly browse, book, and coordinate their entire wedding remotely. Our extensive network includes more than 2,000 verified partners covering cities across India such as Bengaluru, Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Kerala, and international destinations like Thailand and Indonesia. We have successfully completed over 1,000 weddings, combining professional expertise with heartfelt dedication to ensure a memorable journey for every couple.
In 2026, we successfully raised $2.75 million in seed funding led by Wellingdon Advisors LLP with contributions from LVX, Tremis Capital, and angel investors, highlighting strong belief in our vision to transform wedding planning in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial consultations to understand clients’ wedding visions including style, color schemes, and event priorities.
- Develop detailed visual mood boards outlining decor, lighting, floral designs, and stage arrangements.
- Define event scopes for multi-day functions such as Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, and Reception ceremonies.
- Identify and coordinate with curated vendors for decoration, catering, photography, makeup, and entertainment suitable for clients.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure competitive pricing and confirm booking dates.
- Collaborate with venues and production teams to organize technical logistics including sound, lighting, and power requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed wedding budgets allocating funds across categories aligned with client priorities.
- Establish and monitor payment schedules to guarantee timely vendor payments and financial control.
- Optimize expenses strategically to maintain quality guest experience without exceeding budget.
- Manage guest registration processes tracking attendance, dietary restrictions, and special accommodations.
- Oversee guest hospitality logistics including airport transfers, hotel check-ins, welcome packages, and helpdesk support.
- Design seating arrangements and floor plans tailored for formal dinners and VIP areas.
- Develop comprehensive minute-by-minute event timelines covering vendor setups, rehearsals, and ritual sequences.
- Direct all backstage activities including artist, emcee, and choreographer management to ensure timely performances.
- Supervise catering set-ups, bar arrangements, and decor finishings prior to guest arrivals.
- Address and resolve last-minute challenges such as weather disruptions, technical failures, or vendor delays discreetly and effectively.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in the luxury wedding market within Goa.
