Lead a team of warehouse assistants to execute daily warehouse operations efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants in their daily tasks.
Manage correct storage of inventory and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.
Oversee warehouse processes to ensure effectiveness and adherence to safety guidelines.
Plan and organize warehouse operations to optimize workflow.
Generate inventory reports and actively participate in stocktaking activities.
Participate in customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings to discuss operational performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant warehouse supervisory role.
Proven background in third-party logistics (3PL) operations is mandatory.
Possession of a valid certified Forklift Driving License.
Strong delegation abilities for assigning workloads effectively.
Capability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational talents to manage warehouse operations; must be a collaborative team player.
Effective problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints and operational challenges.
Willingness to work onsite in Tuas, with company-provided transportation available.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45 hours.

Worksite located at 60 Tuas Bay Drive.

Company offers transport pick-up at Tuas West Station at 07:10, 07:20, and 07:30.
