Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for daily site operations covering production and warehouse activities, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Lead all health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe workplace and cultivate a safety-first culture beyond routine compliance.
• Maintain adherence to legal, environmental, and company standards through audits, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Ensure that output aligns with targets for quality, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.
• Drive ongoing improvements in operational efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance overall performance.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate production planning with sales forecasts to eliminate bottlenecks and improve service levels.
• Manage inventory accuracy, receipt of goods, storage, and dispatch functions.
• Deliver consistent product quality and presentation standards.
• Provide strong leadership by coaching, developing team members, setting clear performance expectations, and handling any performance issues.
• Ensure thorough documentation, compliance with policies, and complete administrative tasks to maintain site compliance at all times.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Experience and Skills Required

• A minimum of two years supervisory experience within manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or production environments.
• Proven expertise in health, safety and operational compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with effective leadership and people management capabilities.
• Capacity to coordinate workflows and resources to achieve operational goals and meet company competency standards.
• Strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Forklift license and experience operating within ISO-standard environments and warehouse or yard management systems are desirable but not mandatory.

Additional Information

The position involves working Monday to Friday during standard daytime hours. Eligible candidates should be residing in Ireland and possess a valid work permit.
