Warehouse Assistant (Pandamart)

About the Role

Join foodpanda, Singapore's leading food delivery platform, as a Warehouse Assistant supporting daily warehouse operations across the Pandamart stores. This role involves working on rotating 12-hour shifts in an air-conditioned environment without heavy machinery, contributing to prompt and accurate grocery order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and pack online grocery orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Receive incoming stock and restock shelves as required in the warehouse.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain smooth goods flow and accurate stock counts.
• Lead and coordinate with fellow order pickers for daily operational tasks.
• Comply with workplace safety and food safety regulations at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting with self-motivation and autonomy.
• Comfortable handling non-halal food products including pork.
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organization principles, integrating them into everyday habits.
• Tech-savvy with ease working on mobile devices and digital tools for communication and task management.
• Proficient in English for reading, understanding, and communication.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations within a cluster as needed according to roster.
• Consistent and dependable attendance, following proper leave procedures.
• Previous warehouse or retail experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of warehouse or inventory management systems is a plus.

Working Hours & Location

• Shift patterns are 12-hour rotations: Day shift from 7am to 7pm, Night shift from 7pm to 7am.
• Schedules rotate between 3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off.
• Available workplaces include Pandamart Yio Chu Kang and Pandamart Mandai locations in Singapore.
