Position Overview
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Ward Administrator to join the Greenvale Specialist Care Unit on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic, team-oriented healthcare environment, providing essential administrative support that fosters smooth ward operations and excellent service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to a multidisciplinary ward team.
- Manage and maintain operational systems to ensure efficient daily ward functions and resource management.
- Collaborate closely with the Ward Manager, clinical teams, and department managers to facilitate seamless service delivery, adhere to data quality standards, and achieve clinical activity targets.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, their families, carers, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and promoting a professional image of the service.
