Job Overview
Join Allegis Group as a Voice Process Executive, where you will engage in communication with patients, healthcare providers, insurers, and pharmacies while navigating the healthcare and insurance landscape. You will verify benefits, support enrollments, assist with reimbursements, and guide patients on coverage and available programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications involving patients, healthcare entities, insurance firms, and pharmacies.
- Perform insurance and benefits verifications to confirm patient eligibility for prescribed therapies.
- Review applications and patient enrollments aligning with program criteria.
- Offer reimbursement assistance and facilitate patient and provider access to treatments.
- Accurately document all interactions within the tracking systems.
- Follow up diligently with stakeholders to resolve outstanding cases.
- Coordinate prescription orders and transfers with specialty pharmacies based on urgency and guidelines.
- Educate patients about insurance coverage options and support services available to them.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA standards, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex concerns appropriately, working to remove obstacles hindering patient access to therapies.
- Provide superior customer service with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Efficiently juggle multiple tasks while achieving quality and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must possess at least a graduation degree.
