Videographer and Video Editor

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Videographer and Video Editor with at least three years of professional experience to join our team. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing compelling video content tailored for diverse social media platforms and corporate needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of visual storytelling and the latest social media trends to effectively promote our brand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Capture high-resolution videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
• Edit dynamic videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Produce promotional videos, client testimonial footage, interviews, and corporate material.
• Enhance videos by adding smooth transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and applying professional color grading.
• Document behind-the-scenes moments and workplace activities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop impactful content.
• Organize and manage video files, backups, and editing projects proficiently.
• Adhere to delivery schedules without compromising quality standards.
• Keep abreast of trends in video editing and social media content creation.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficient with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Skilled in color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics design.
• Sound knowledge of camera operations including settings, lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
• Creative thinker with keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Submission of a portfolio demonstrating previous work is mandatory.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone videography is advantageous but not required.
• Basic skills in graphic design using Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Proven ability to create viral content for social media.
• Photography skills are considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 depending on experience and skill level.
