Winner Institute Of Competitive Examinations is looking for an accomplished Videographer and Video Editor to contribute to their creative team. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of professional experience and a comprehensive portfolio showcasing capability from concept development through final video production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, shoot, and manage video projects across different platforms including social media, websites, internal communications, and advertising campaigns.
• Utilize and maintain professional video cameras, lighting setups, audio devices, and related equipment to ensure high-quality capture.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, content creation, and other departments to understand objectives and develop innovative video concepts.
• Handle full post-production processes such as video editing, color grading, sound enhancement, and motion graphics implementation.
• Organize and maintain the video content library, ensuring footage is properly archived and secure.
• Keep abreast of evolving video industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance production quality.
• Ensure all video output conforms to brand standards and consistently delivers superior quality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical difficulties related to video equipment and editing software.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of professional experience in videography and video editing roles.
• Proficiency in handling professional camera equipment, such as DSLRs, mirrorless, and cinema cameras, along with associated accessories like lenses and stabilizers.
• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Premiere Pro for editing, After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects, and Photoshop for image and graphic enhancement related to video content.
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques adaptable to various shooting environments including studios, on-site locations, and interview setups.
• Experienced in audio recording, mixing, and sound design aspects to ensure quality soundtracks and effects.
• Excellent organizational skills capable of juggling multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel that vividly demonstrates the candidate’s video shooting and editing expertise is mandatory for application.
