Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Inspector to join our Riyadh team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves conducting comprehensive inspections of vehicles brought in for trade-in, evaluating mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic conditions to identify any factors affecting safety, performance, or market value. Inspectors are responsible for producing clear and detailed inspection reports to aid in fair vehicle valuation. Collaborating closely with operations and sales teams, the Vehicle Inspector helps ensure efficient trade-in transactions while directly engaging with customers to explain findings, resolve queries, and uphold transparency and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed vehicle inspections focusing on mechanical, structural, electrical, and cosmetic aspects.
• Document inspection results accurately using standardized procedures and checklists.
• Support fair vehicle valuation by identifying and reporting any issues affecting value or safety.
• Communicate inspection outcomes clearly to customers and collaborate with sales/operations teams.
• Adhere strictly to company inspection standards and safety protocols.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in inspection methods and workflows.
• Manage multiple inspections efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in vehicle inspection techniques, including evaluating mechanical and cosmetic conditions.
• Knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills for clear explanation of inspection results.
• High attention to detail and precision in inspection documentation.
• Experience in automotive inspection or related service roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site in Riyadh and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy for utilizing inspection software and mobile applications.
• Technical or vocational training in automotive technology or related disciplines is advantageous.
