Role Overview

The VC Outreach Coordinator position is a part-time, remote role dedicated to cultivating and sustaining relationships with venture capital firms and strategic investors. The role includes researching and identifying fitting investors, coordinating outreach campaigns, and managing communications through email, video conferences, and professional networks. Responsibilities also cover preparing pitch materials, investor presentations, follow-ups, and maintaining a well-organized contact and meeting pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and target relevant venture capital firms and strategic partners.
• Manage outreach campaigns and investor communications via multiple channels.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, investor briefings, and follow-up documents.
• Maintain an organized and updated pipeline of contacts, responses, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate and schedule investor introductions and meetings across time zones.
• Support investor due diligence inquiries and collaborate on refining messaging and fundraising strategies.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, VC outreach, or facilitating fundraising efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including drafting professional emails and providing presentation assistance.
• Preference for candidates with warm introductions and existing connections to Angels, Family Offices, and VC firms; cold outreach and AI-driven solutions are not desired.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and maintain outreach tracking.
• Knowledge of startups, technology products, and data/privacy sectors to effectively communicate Butterknife4s value proposition.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools including email, CRM/spreadsheet systems, video conferencing platforms, and project management software.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a remote context with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Preferred experience in pitch deck creation, investor memos, or financial material preparation and familiarity with startup, VC, or business development settings.
• Preferred education or equivalent experience in business, finance, communications, marketing, or related disciplines.

Compensation and Additional Information

The role offers a monthly payment of $1500, with additional possible stock options and performance-based commission. The position is fully remote and part-time.
