Position Summary

The Valet Driver position is a full-time role requiring onsite presence in Dubai. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and managing traffic flow efficiently in assigned parking areas. The driver must handle vehicles with care, follow company protocols regarding keys and vehicles, and assist customers with directions or simple queries. Daily duties involve performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after parking, promptly reporting incidents or damages, and cooperating with colleagues to maintain seamless valet operations. Strict adherence to safety guidelines and a professional customer service demeanor are essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient driving skills with experience operating trucks.
• Possession of appropriate driving licenses such as CDL Class A or local equivalents.
• Effective communication skills for clear interactions with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service qualities reflecting courtesy, patience, and dedication to positive guest experiences.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and competence in handling various vehicle types safely.
• Flexibility to work shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
• Punctual, dependable, and attentive when managing vehicles and keys.
• Basic proficiency in English, with additional relevant language abilities considered advantageous.
• Prior experience in valet services, transportation, or hospitality sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
