Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient Upholsterer to join our Navan-based team on a full-time basis. The position is on-site and offers the opportunity for long-term engagement for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholster various types of healthcare furniture to meet high standards.
• Handle vinyl and diverse upholstery materials effectively.
• Prepare and accurately cut upholstery materials as needed.
• Sew and affix fabric to furniture frameworks with precision.
• Ensure all completed products conform to company quality and design standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in upholstery and furniture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in sewing, fabric application, and finishing techniques.
• Experience working with seating and multiple furniture types.
• Capable of working independently and exercising initiative.
• High attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality workmanship.
• Competent in cutting and preparing upholstery materials.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed.
• Possession of personal transportation is essential.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare furniture production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ergonomic and comfort-oriented furniture design is a plus.
