UI/UX Product Designer

About the Role

Join Willsmarg Technologies LLC as a UI/UX Product Designer focused on shaping enterprise-level technology initiatives within an integrated product engineering, cloud, AI, data, security, and delivery framework. This role will involve designing comprehensive workflows, interactive portals, data dashboards, and intuitive user experiences suitable for large-scale business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade design solutions that align with the organization's design standards and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, quality assurance, cloud, security, and delivery to meet project goals and timelines.
• Produce clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable design artifacts and documentation as expected by the role.
• Engage actively in design reviews, sprint planning sessions, troubleshoot issues, manage documentation, and help ensure release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts related to engineering standards, delivery excellence, and operational processes.

Experience and Qualifications

• Between five and seven years of experience working within enterprise technology environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Practical experience working with key tools and platforms relevant to UI/UX design roles.
• Capability to operate effectively in structured delivery settings with a focus on quality and accountability.
• Comprehension of enterprise application delivery, cloud infrastructure, data management, QA, security, or support operations.

Preferred Attributes

• Background in enterprise product platforms, SaaS environments, or extensive business application systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, governance, and compliance regulations.
• Experience collaborating across geographically dispersed USA and India teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail concerning quality, deadlines, communication with stakeholders, and thorough documentation.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree preferred in disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or related fields. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Role-specific technology certifications are advantageous.
• Certifications in Cloud technologies, Agile frameworks, or platform specializations offer added value.

Additional Role Information

Location: New York, USA (Remote work arrangement). Eligible applicants include US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, and H-1B visa holders. Salary range from $95,000 to $115,000 annually. Relocation may be offered depending on role and project requirements. The role is focused on enterprise technology delivery, requiring proficiency with tools such as Figma and UX design systems involving wireframes and prototyping.
