Role Overview
This opening is for the Udaan Data Analyst role under Myntra’s program for people with disabilities. The position is based in Bengaluru and is designed as a 6-month onsite opportunity with paid learning, mentorship, and structured onboarding. The program is intended to create an inclusive workplace experience and may lead to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Udaan is built to provide a supportive transition into the workplace through customized learning, on-the-job exposure, and access to strong benefits. It is also meant to strengthen Myntra’s inclusion efforts by helping participants contribute meaningfully while developing their careers.
What You’ll Do
- Work with SQL to pull, clean, and examine large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and meaningful business findings.
- Build and update Excel-based reports and dashboards that track important business metrics and performance indicators.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand information needs and translate them into useful insights.
- Check data for accuracy and completeness through validation steps and quality reviews.
- Assist different business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting support whenever required.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
- Comfort using SQL to query databases and retrieve relevant data.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and analysis features.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to interpret findings and turn them into practical business recommendations.
- Understanding of business operations and how data can support decision-making.
Program Details
This is a 6-month paid program based onsite in Bengaluru. The opportunity is specifically meant for people with disabilities and offers a structured environment with learning support, mentorship, and hands-on exposure.
