Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Training Specialist to create, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee skills and boost organizational performance. This position involves identifying areas where training is needed, designing engaging educational materials, managing training schedules, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methods, and training techniques.
• Proficient in developing training content, presentations, user guides, and educational materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to evaluate training needs effectively and design corresponding development programs.
• Experience or familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms is beneficial.
• Good analytical skills to assess the success and impact of training activities.
