Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Tier 1 Technical Support Representative based in Warminster, PA. This full-time, onsite role involves assisting customers with product and service inquiries and troubleshooting basic technical issues. The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client assistance across a variety of issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Assess and address user service requests or escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 software support including training and troubleshooting for clients, applicants, and vendors.
• Investigate software error messages and identify solutions.
• Train users on startup, basic, and advanced website functions.
• Accurately process client orders and changes following department protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking across projects.
