Role Overview

We are seeking a Territory Manager specialized in Endoscopy to join our Auckland team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge medical technologies, collaborate with passionate professionals, and directly influence patient care improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for your territory to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and establish a sustainable business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clinicians and hospital staff by applying deep knowledge of products, clinical insights, and market trends while upholding Boston Scientific’s ethical standards.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to build and maintain thorough knowledge of product technicalities, clinical applications, and market dynamics.
• Contribute to innovations that significantly enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Take initiative to resolve complex issues and foster professional growth within a purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in sales of Endoscopy medical devices is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to establish trusted, lasting relationships and quickly gain clinical and technical expertise.
• Results-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous development; excellent communication, prioritization skills, and the capacity to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
